PURPOSE: A signal processing apparatus of a millimeter wave explorer and a signal processing method thereof are provided to reduce the burden of a digital signal processing process.;CONSTITUTION: A signal processing apparatus(10) of a millimeter wave explorer includes a plurality of analog-digital converters(110-140), a field programmable gate array(200), and a digital signal processors(310,320). The analog-digital converters performs a digital conversion process by receiving a plurality of inputs signals from different channels. The field programmable gate array converts the received input signals into a baseband signal. The field programmable gate array communicates with external interface devices using a serial communication technique. The digital signal processor calculates a channel correction value for correcting other channels based on a single channel among the different channels by receiving the input signals converted into the baseband signal.
