PURPOSE: A producing method of pepper paste using green peppers, and the red pepper paste is provided to remove the unique smell of the green peppers, and to supply green colored pepper paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pepper paste using green peppers comprises the following steps: mixing 0.5~1wt% of garlic, 0.1~1.9wt% of soy sauce, 1~5wt% of green tea, and 5~10wt% of vinegar, with green pepper dry powder; inserting the green pepper dry powder to a pepper paste base for fermenting and aging; and additionally inserting 1~3wt 5of chitoic acid product to the aged paste.
