COATING MATERIAL FOR PROTECTING CORROSION OF MARINE STEEL PILE

PURPOSE: A coating agent for preventing the corrosion of marine steel pile is provided to ensure excellent corrosion resistance against marine steel piles, strong adhesion with steel piles, and good strength. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent for preventing the corrosion of marine steel pile comprises mixed powder and mixed liquid. The mixed powder comprises 20~35 weight% white cement 10~25 weight% slag powder, 0.05~0.1 weight% lignin sulfonate, 0.5~2.0 weight% carbon fiber and fibers, 0.1~0.3 weight% charcoal powder, and the balance of silica powder. The mixed liquid includes 10~40 weight% acrylic acid ester copolymers, 60~85 weight% emulsified copolymer of styrene and butadiene, and 1~5 weight% aso acid ion absorption solution.
