PURPOSE: Air circulation type shock absorbing footwear is provided, which makes a spring easily changed and makes thickness of an outsole slim. CONSTITUTION: Air circulation type shock absorbing footwear comprises: an out sole(10) equipped with divided first and second air rooms; an insole equipped with a plurality of intake cavities; a plurality of springs(30) built in the first and second air rooms; first and second check valves which are respective installed in the first and second air rooms; a plurality of spring protrusions respectively arranged in the location corresponding to a lower spring of the outsole; a spring hole which accepts a spring; a screwnut inserted into the lower part of the spring hole; and a supporting device(60) which is separably installed in the lower part of the spring protrusion.
