PURPOSE: A medical information integrated operation system based on two ways communication and method thereof are provided to enable a patient to share medical information with a medical institution by constructing the two ways communication between the patient and the medical institution. CONSTITUTION: A customer terminal(1) includes a medical information service application. The customer terminal executes a medical information service request by executing the application. An integrated medical system server(4) executes two ways communication according to the execution of an application by connecting between the customer terminal and a medical information management server(5) of the medical institution through a communication network(3).
