PURPOSE: A polarized organic light emitting device on a flexible GBO(Giant Birefringent Optical) reflection polarization substrate is provided to supply a polarized OLED with high brightness and efficiency by adopting a GBO reflection polarization substrate instead of a glass substrate as an OLED substrate. CONSTITUTION: A transparent anode(200) is formed on a GBO reflection polarization substrate(100) with a sputtering method. A hole injection buffer layer(300) is formed on a transparent Au electrode. An EL layer(400) is formed on the hole injection buffer layer. An electron injection layer(500) is formed on the EL layer. A transparent cathode(600) is formed on the electron injection layer.
