PURPOSE: A cable-laid manufacturing device, a method of manufacturing a cable-laid grommet using the same, and a cable-laid grommet are provided to minimize the bending of a product by producing a cable-laid grommet while continuously rotating a wire rope. CONSTITUTION: A cable-laid manufacturing device comprises a support(11), a rotating plate(20), a bobbin(30), a driving unit(60), a rotary shaft, a body-side sieve(70) and a remote sieve(100). The support is vertically stood. The rotating plate is arranged in parallel to the support and rotates. A hole is formed on the central part of the rotating plate. The bobbin is installed on a position, which is off-centered from the central part of the rotating plate. The bobbin makes free rotation. A drum(40), on which a wire rope is wound, is mounted on the bobbin. The driving unit rotates the rotating plate. The rotary shaft transfers the driving force of the driving unit to the rotating plate. The body-side sieve supports wire ropes, which have been connected in a closed loop.
