PURPOSE: A bread roaster is provided to prevent a safety accident due to the carelessness in beforehand. CONSTITUTION: A bread roaster comprises: a main body(10) in which a molding frame settling portion is formed; a bread molding frame(20) which is detachably settled in the molding frame settling portion and in which a molding groove is formed; a power supply line(30) which is installed in one side of the bread molding frame in order to be connected to the main body; and a heating wire(35) installed inside the bread molding frame in order to heat dough inserted into a molding groove.
