Bread's oven and baking bread

摘要

This thesis researches the connection between baker's oven and baking bread. Furthermore, it presents the history and development of the above issue in the Slovenian territory, its significance and preservation over time. The thesis deals with the building of bread’s over, its function and usability. Moreover, it focuses on baking bread in bread’s oven, presenting the entire baking process from ingredients to the baked loaf of bread and various tools and techniques, which can be used during the procedure. Over many centuries bread’s oven ruled in farmhouses in the Slovenian territory, leaving a valuable mark on Slovenian ethnological and culinary history. ududNonetheless it would be interesting to know, how much the use of bread’s oven has changed until today. Is bread’s oven, which was the heart of every Slovenian farmhouse, still present in our region? How did the changes, connected with the modern lifestyle, effect on the use of bread’s oven and baking bread? What has changed until today regarding baking bread in famous bread’s ovens? Have modern appliances really made housekeeping easier even with regard to baking bread? I tried to answer all these questions through my research, forming a coherent whole.ud
