PURPOSE: An integrated check valve for high pressure fluid is provided to increase binding force by butt-welding the front end of an outlet of a valve body and the exposed bottom of a nozzle using laser beam.;CONSTITUTION: An integrated check valve for high pressure fluid comprises a valve body(100), a ball, a coil spring, and a nozzle(400). A hollow valve chamber communicating an inlet(110) and an outlet is longitudinally formed inside the valve body. A valve seat on which a check hole having a smaller diameter than the valve chamber is formed is arranged inside the valve chamber. The ball is inserted through the outlet of the valve body and is contacted to the front of the valve seat to close the check hole of the valve seat. The coil spring is inserted in the valve chamber through the outlet of the valve body along the longitudinal direction. One end of the coil spring is contacted with the ball so that the ball is pushed backward by spring force.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
