PURPOSE: A seasoned laver composition and a preparation method thereof are provided to prevent the acidification of seasoned laver to globalize the laver. CONSTITUTION: A seasoned laver composition comprises, based on total weight, dry laver 50 ~ 45 weight%, green tea vitamin seasoning oil 25 ~ 40 weight%, and sweet salt powder 25 ~ 15 weight%. A method for preparing the seasoned laver composition comprises the steps of: selecting dry laver, green tea vitamin seasoning oil, and sweet salt powder; calculating a mixing ratio of raw materials; preparing sweet aqueous alcohol solution; preparing a sweet salt powder composition; preparing a green tea vitamin seasoning oil; preparing an aged green tea vitamin seasoning oil; preparing a seasoning composition; preparing a seasoned laver composition; and packaging the seasoned laver.
