PURPOSE: A light emitting heater for the crop cultivation is provided to enable users to visually check the operation condition of the heater without using a separate device. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting heater for the crop cultivation comprises the following: a first heat radiation fin(121) having the cross section wider on the lower side than the upper side, and a corrugated surface in the inside; an upper member(121) formed with a fixture(122) protruded from the upper side of the heater; a second heat radiation fin(141) with the upper side integrated with the first heat radiation fin, formed in a radial shape; a lower member(140) combining with the second heat radiation fin; a cover member(200) combining with both ends of a body(100); and a heating element(300) mounted on the upper side of a mounting device for radiating heat and light.
