PURPOSE: Yellow soil-germanium bamboo salt containing strawberries, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the remaining of impurities generated from bamboo ashes in the salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of yellow soil-germanium bamboo salt containing strawberries comprises the following steps: inserting a yellow soil-germanium inner container(3) with plural holes having the diameter of 3-5mm into phyllostachys bambusoides(2), and inserting bay salt(4) into the inner container; inserting the phyllostachys bambusoides into a yellow soil-germanium outer container(1), and sealing the container; firstly heating the outer container in a kiln for 20-28 hours, and second heating the container at 800-1,200 deg C for 40-56 hours to obtain the bamboo sa crushing bamboo salt after cooling; and mixing 94-98 parts of crushed bamboo salt by weight with 2-6 parts of strawberry powder by weight, and drying the mixture at 400-600 deg C in a yellow soil-germanium container for 10-14 hours.
