PURPOSE: A hemostatic apparatus is provided to maximize hemostatic effects because a hemostatic agent is coated on a compression member.;CONSTITUTION: A compression member(12) is coupled to and moved along a guide rail formed on one side of an upper body(4). A lower body(6) has guide grooves in which guide protrusions(18) formed on both ends of the upper body are inserted.
