PURPOSE: A polynucleotide containing FMN2(forming 2) gene-derived SNP is provided to diagnose ASD(autism spectrum disorder). CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide contains SNA derived from FMN2 gene. The SNP site is 301th base of sequence number 1, 501th base of sequence number 2, 101th base of sequence number 3, 231th base of sequence number 4, and 201th base of sequence number 5. A primer for diagnosing ASD contains the polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof.
