PURPOSE: A producing method of a red fermented rice extract having anti-oxidation ability is provided to enable users to use the extract as an antioxidant. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a red fermented rice extract comprises the following steps: injecting monascus pilosus into rice, and firstly fermenting the mixture at 20-30 deg C for 5-15 days to obtain red rice; extracting and filtering the red rice using a solvent selected from water, alcohol with 1-4 carbons, or their mixture to obtain a red rice extract; and injecting bacillus subtilis into a medium containing the red rice extract, and secondly fermenting the mixture at 30-40 deg C for 5-15 days.
