VARIABLE AMPLITUDE TYPE VIBRATING HAMMER, PILE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM USING THAT AND PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A variable-amplitude vibrating hammer, a pile construction system and a construction method of a precise control pile using the same are provided to minimize complaints about vibration and noise when the vibrating hammer is used. CONSTITUTION: A variable-amplitude vibrating hammer comprises a frame unit(110), a vibration generating unit(130), and a pile gripping unit(120). The frame unit is coupled to a boom(33) of a work vehicle. The vibration generating unit is installed on the frame unit and comprises a vibration frame(131), a drive motor(132), first and second rotation units, and a power transfer unit. The vibration frame is supported to a sub frame through damping members(114). The drive motor is installed on the vibration frame. The first and second rotation units are rotatably installed on the vibration frame to be rotated by the drive motor. The power transfer unit transfers torque from the first rotation unit to the second rotation unit and controls the amplitude of the vibration generation unit. The pile gripping unit is installed on the bottom of the frame unit and grips a pile.
