PURPOSE: A high-toughness precast girder made with high-toughness concrete and a bridge construction method using the same are provided to secure earthquake-resistant performance and ductility through integral movement of the inner concrete. CONSTITUTION: A high-toughness precast girder made with high-toughness concrete comprises a concrete form, inner concrete(200), and a shear connection part. The concrete form is made with high-toughness concrete including steel fiber or organic fiber. The inner concrete is filled in the concrete form and formed into one body. The shear connection part in which steel reinforcements arranged in the concrete form are projected inward is formed between the concrete form and the inner concrete.
