Both Sides Edge Milling Portable Equipment for Thick Plate

PURPOSE: A double-side edge preparation device for a thick plate is provided to uniformly maintain the pressure of compressed air and steadily operate without vibration or damages even in case of applying a device to a thick workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A double-side edge preparation device for a thick plate comprises an upper module(10), a lower module(20), a tool rotating shaft(30), and a guide shaft(40). The upper module moves on the upper surface of a workpiece, thereby performing a preparation of the upper edge. The lower module moves the lower surface of the workpiece in the state of being separated at a constant distance from the upper module, thereby performing a preparation of the lower edge. The tool rotating shaft and guide axis shaft mechanically connect the upper and lower modules so that the upper module pulls the lower module to prevent the lower module from falling below a work plane. The lower module moves to the same direction at a same speed by interlocking with movement of the upper module.
