PURPOSE: A beacon frame transmitting apparatus and a method thereof are provided to transmit a beacon frame at time which a vehicle does not transmit a beacon frame. CONSTITUTION: In case the number of beacon frames in database is more than one, a slot selection unit(120) selects a second beacon slot to transmit a beacon frame. A transmitting unit(130) transmits the beacon frame to a data link layer at time corresponding to the second beacon slot.
