PURPOSE: A card type information medium with an antenna for near field communication and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform reader/tag functions of the near field communication and radio frequency identification with only a universal subscriber identity module device.;CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board substrate located in a second layer is arranged in a lower portion of the printed circuit board substrate located in a first layer. A near field communication unit(210) and a universal subscriber identity module card unit(220) are mounted in the printed circuit board substrate located in the second layer. The printed circuit board substrate located in a third layer is arranged in the lower portion of the printed circuit board substrate located in the second layer. Antenna patterns are respectively formed on an upper portion surface of the printed circuit board substrate of the first layer and the second layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
