PURPOSE: A card type information medium with an antenna for near field communication and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform reader/tag functions of the near field communication and radio frequency identification with only a universal subscriber identity module device.;CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board substrate located in a second layer is arranged in a lower portion of the printed circuit board substrate located in a first layer. A near field communication unit(210) and a universal subscriber identity module card unit(220) are mounted in the printed circuit board substrate located in the second layer. The printed circuit board substrate located in a third layer is arranged in the lower portion of the printed circuit board substrate located in the second layer.
