PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic crystal and an organic electronic device is provided to manufacturing a highly aligned organic crystal by executing a solution process which uses an organic semiconductor and blend of polymer. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer is formed on a gate electrode. The gate electrode is composed of an indium tin oxide or a fluorine doping tin oxide. A capillary tube is arranged on the top of the dielectric layer. The exterior wall diameter of the capillary tube is 0.5 to 5mm. An organic semiconductor droplet is formed by adding an organic semiconductor solution to the capillary tube. A periodically arranged organic crystal is formed by evaporating solvent from the organic semiconductor droplet at a temperature of 70 to 150.
