USTC WIRE WITH BONDING CHARACTERISTIC AND WORKING COIL USING THE USTC WIRE

摘要

PURPOSE: A bondable USTC wire and a working coil using the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by using heat due to the application of a current. CONSTITUTION: A Litz wire is composed of a plurality of enamel wires(EW) and is used for a wireless charger and a working coil of an electric home appliance. A PET yarn(PYF) is fused and bonded by heat and surrounds the outer side of the Litz wire and a space between the plurality of the enamel wires. The PET yarn has 2 to 20 weight% of the bondable USTC wire.
