PURPOSE: A continuous slitting and winding apparatus for steel sheets for welding wires and a method for manufacturing steel strip for welding wires using the same are provided to minimize steel scraps produced when slitting steel sheets by continuously slitting a steel sheet into a plurality of steel strips for welding wires. CONSTITUTION: A continuous slitting and winding apparatus for steel sheets for welding wires comprises an uncoiler unit(110), a slitting unit(160) which slits a first part of a first steel sheet unwound from the uncoiler unit into a plurality of steel strips for welding wires, a gap adjusting unit which adjusts the gap between the steel strips while transferring the steel strips, a rewinding unit with a spool on which the steel strips are wound, and a welding unit(140) which welds the rest part of the first steel sheet or a second steel sheet to the end of the first part of the first steel sheet. The slitting unit consecutively slit the rest part of the first steel sheet or a first part of the second steel sheet after slitting the first part of the first steel sheet.
