1. A lens for implantation in the cornea, comprising: optical portion having an optical axis, and! a through hole in the lens, wherein the opening is coaxial with the optical axis, and the size and shape of holes are selected so that the hole does not impair the optical properties of the lens, but remained visible for the person who manipulates the lens. ! 2. The lens of claim 1, wherein the hole has a diameter of from 50 to 500 microns. ! 3. The lens of claim 1 or 2, wherein the optical axis of the lens passes through the lens center. ! 4. The lens of claim 1, wherein the hole has a diameter greater than 100 microns. ! 5. The lens of claim 1, wherein the hole has a diameter of less than 200 microns. ! 6. The lens of claim 1, wherein the lens comprises at least one circular non-optical portion having no optical power and is concentric with the hole. ! 7. The lens of claim 6, wherein the non-optical portion surrounded by the optical portion. ! 8. The lens of claim 1, wherein the hole is a single hole. ! 9. The lens of claim 1, wherein the hole diameter changes in hole depth. ! 10. The lens of claim 9, wherein the first portion of the walls hole corresponds to the first part of the cone, the diameter of the hole decreases from a first outside diameter at the inlet opening to an inner diameter smaller than the first outer diameter, at an intermediate position within the bore, the second wall portion of the hole corresponds to the second part of the cone increasing from said inner diameter to a second outer diameter at the other inlet openings. ! 11. The lens of claim 9, wherein the first portion of the walls hole corresponds to a first portion of a torus, the diameter of the hole decreases from a first outside diameter at the inlet opening to the internal diameter changed
