FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: mixer for fluid media includes a storage tank of mixed fluid medium, rotating shaft (1) passing through hole (22) made in wall (2) of the tank, thus creating channel (23), via which fluid medium is supplied from the tank to chamber (24) beyond the tank, in which shaft (1) is rotated, and the sealing assembly serving to prevent fluid medium leakage from chamber (24). The above sealing assembly includes the first sealing ring (6A) installed on rotating shaft (1) and the second sealing ring (6B) installed on the supporting flange (4) rigidly attached to wall (2) of the tank so that the first sealing ring (6A) slides in close contact with the second sealing ring (6B), thus preventing penetration of fluid medium beyond chamber (24) boundaries. Starting from wall (2) of the tank, supporting flange (4) has cylindrical hole (45) of larger diameter continued to flattened conical hole (46) with a reducing diameter ending with cylindrical hole (47) with smaller diameter, in which slide (7) retaining the second sealing ring (6B) is installed. A flattened conical toroid-shaped chamber is formed between flattened conical hole (46) of flange (4), connection sleeve (5) and the first sealing ring (6A).
