FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: method of measuring flow rate of a two-phase medium in conditions of changing mass flow of steam content in the range 0≤x≤1, involves preliminary feeding of the medium which is changing steam weight fraction into an injector. Simultaneously, a cold medium, on whose jets the vapour phase of the two-phase medium condenses, is fed into the injector. Pressure of the mixture in the injector is raised to a value higher than the boiling pressure of the mixture, which is independently limited by load resistance. Flow rate of the two-phase medium is determined as the difference between the flow rate of the mixture and the cold medium.;EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring flow rate of a two-phase medium.;1 dwg
