Device for air-based solar-thermal generation of process heat for supporting plasterboard drying processes in specific temperature range, has ventilators for moving hot air, where solar-thermally produced hot air is mixed with process air
The device has an elongate Fresnel-mirror collector (2) in which focal point of an air receiver (1) is arranged, where air is heated in the receiver by concentrated solar radiation. A linear structured heat exchanger (3) is arranged in an air duct of the receiver, made of ceramics and insulated by a temperature-stable insulating jacket. Ventilators are sectionally arranged in the air duct for moving hot air, where the solar-thermally produced hot air is mixed with process air that is generated based on its temperature as a partial stream of a system for drying plasterboards. The ventilators are driven by a sterling motor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for air-based solar-thermal generation of process heat for supporting plasterboard drying processes in a temperature range from 300 to 700 degrees Celsius (2) a computer program comprising instructions to perform a method for air-based solar-thermal generation of process heat for supporting plasterboard drying processes in a temperature range from 300 to 700 degrees Celsius (3) a machine-readable medium comprising instructions to perform a method for air-based solar-thermal generation of process heat for supporting plasterboard drying processes in a temperature range from 300 to 700 degrees Celsius.
