The device has a solar plate collector (4) producing hot air through an air-water exchanger at night time. A ventilator (6) and a circulating pump (2) regulate the temperature of the produced hot air. An air-air heat exchanger (5) is disposed at an output of a drying chamber (7) that preheats the air entering the collector during day time. A bypass (9) reroutes the preheated air directly to an input of an air-water exchanger (1).
