The operating device (100) has a stable resilient region (110) which comprises an outer surface (111) that is curved outward and an inner surface (112) for finger summit (310) that is curved inward. An electrically conductive contact region formed on the outer surface, contacts a contact-sensitive surface area (400). The stable resilient region enlarges the contacting areas (AK1) of the electrically conductive contact region by the operating forces (F1) of the finger summit.
