The method involves forming a through-hole (3) in a metallic component (2) made of aluminum. The exposed ends of the thermocouple wires (1a,1b) are inserted into the through-hole. The electric arc (5) is produced from an electrode (4) with respect to the ends of the thermocouple wires protruded from the through-hole, and the thermocouple wires are welded in the through-hole by tungsten-inert gas welding.
