The detector has a scintillator (1) and two photodiode arrays (5, 6) i.e. CMOS tiles, comprising a photo sensor (4). The scintillator comprises a scintillator layer (2) vapor deposited on a X-ray-transmissive substrate. The scintillator is connected with the photo sensor and the photodiode arrays via adhesive layers such that the adhesive layers face each other. The adhesive layers are made from an adhesive (7). The substrate is made of aluminum and carbon. The photo sensor of the photodiode arrays is made of amorphous silicon and crystalline silicon.
