The lock (12) has two main parts lockable with each other, and an actuating body (14) for releasing a power supply (16), a transmitting/receiving antenna (18), an electronic circuit (20), a radio frequency identification (RFID) transponder (22) and a blocking element (24). The power supply, the antenna and the electronic circuit are in cooperation with the transponder and activated by actuating the body. The power supply, the antenna and the electronic circuit are switched from a blocking position into a release position in an activated condition by an effect of the transponder.
