摘要

The design and operation of the transponder of a system for radio frequency identification and positioning is considered. The main attention at system design is paid to the increasing of the system operation range, taking into account the radar nature of system operation. The increasing of system operation range is achieved due to the use of few-elements antenna array within transponder design and due to the use of active antenna elements at array design. The regenerative microwave signal amplification is implemented due to the connection of field effect transistor directly to antenna elements of array. Within transponder design the one port transistor amplifier ensures additional microwave signal amplification. The summarizing energy amplification of entire transponder reaches the value in 70 dB that ensures the increasing of the system operation range in 100 times
