The device has cover plate (1) extending on housing, while a socket is attached to through opening (11) for a plug (5). A pivotable protective flap (3) is provided on cover plate, so that the through opening is closable by a locking mechanism. The unlocking of the flap is performed by the passage of plug corresponding to passage opening. The flap is formed such that the pivoting of flap is performed by pressing of the plug.
