The cleaning device has several cleaning nozzles (6) which are located inside the reactor (1). The reactor cleaning liquid is supplied from the outside of the rotary joint (3) of a rotor (3.2) and a stator (3.1). The rotary joint is connected with the agitator shaft (2.1), such that the rotational axis of the agitator shaft and the rotary joint coincide with each other and the rotary joint is located inside the reactor.
