The accessory device has a base portion (10) and a fixing unit (12) which is coupled to a tool holder of a handheld power tool. A tool receiving unit (18) receives a tool unit (20). A rinsing unit (22) arranged between fixing unit and tool unit, guides the rinsing fluid. The fixing unit comprises grooves (24,26) corresponding to the tool receiving unit. The base portion is connected with the fixing unit. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) tool unit; (2) machining tool; and (3) accessory device and tool unit integrated system.
