The collector (1) has a container (2) filled with refrigerant, where the container has a refrigerant inlet (3) and a refrigerant outlet (4). The liquid refrigerant is provided in a part (5) of the container and the gaseous refrigerant is provided in another part of the container. A separating unit (7,8,9,11) is operated by the pressure of the refrigerant or by the temperature of the refrigerant. An independent claim is also included for a cooling- or heating system with a condenser.
