The tripod joint has an inner joint part and an outer joint part. A rolling element track (3) is designed in running direction (5) of rolling bodies in such a manner that a distance of the rolling element track is not constant from corresponding opposing straight track of the outer joint part over entire rolling element tracks. The distance is increases to two ends of the rolling element track.
