The arrangement has two hollow shafts and hollow axles arranged into one another, where delivering of compressed medium e.g. liquid medium and gaseous medium, is carried out via the shafts or axles. Annular surface sliders are moved on the shafts or axles for controlling a flow of the compressed medium. The annular surface sliders are arranged on walls of a work cylinder (2) or a control cylinder (1) for supplying, controlling and discharging the compressed medium. A drive system is designed as a hydraulic motor or a pneumatic motor.
