The pump has a drive piston (4) consisting of a spherical wedge, and a wedge-shaped tip of a bearing (11) i.e. articulate-shaped bearing, arranged on a spherical key. An eccentric pin (6) is arranged on a drive shaft (5) for driving the drive piston, and a controlled piston (12) is partially provided with the spherical key with a layer that is leveled parallel to the wedge-shaped tip. The controlled piston is rotatably mounted around a controlled axle (13) in housings (1, 3), and a rotary axle of the controlled piston is inclined around an angle opposite to the drive shaft.
