The device has electric conductors (1.1, 1.3) e.g. insulated wires and insulated cables, made of aluminum and copper and connected with a bus bar (1). The bus bar and contact regions of the electric conductors are arranged in a protective device. The protective device has a housing with a recess for passage of the electric conductors and a sealing agent for sealing the housing in a passage region of the conductors. An end cap has a tubular extension arranged concentric to an opening in the end cap. A sealing i.e. lip sealing, is arranged between the end cap and a cover as a conductor sealing.
