The multifunctional multilayer board (10) has a single- or multilayer shaped bodies (11) provided with an absorbing film. The absorbing film has two different layered adjustable microperforations. Film layers (12) of the absorbing film are formed as aluminum films. A hole pattern of the adjustable microperforations of the film layers is adjusted individually and partially. An inner space of the two-film absorbing films is formed between the two film layers. The both absorbing films have an edge protection. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a multifunctional multi-layer board.
