The device has a vertical guiding path (4) arranged between two levels on a frame (40), and a support carriage (3) mounted to slide along the path and on which an antenna (2) is fixed. A counterweight (5) controls sliding of the carriage on the path between levels (H3, H4) away from and near to a platform (10). The carriage is disposed in service position when away from the platform and in an adjusting and maintenance position when near to the platform.
