The wall (1) has an external wall part (2) provided in a monopiece masonry, where thickness of the external wall part is about 10.5 cm. An internal wall part (4) is provided with a plasterboard (44) that is supported by a metal framework (42). An insulating hydrophobic mineral wool (3) is provided between the external wall part and the internal wall part. A film vapor barrier (46) is laid out between the mineral wool and the internal wall part, where the vapor barrier is made of polyethylene, kraft paper, polyethylene combined with polypropylene or aluminum. An independent claim is also included for a construction work comprising a composite wall provided with a flagstone.
