The water-heater (1) has a tank (2) provided with a heat pump (6), where the pump comprises a condenser (10). The condenser comprising an envelope (12) is crossed by a circuit (14) comprising an inlet (15) and an outlet (16), where the circuit is traversed by a refrigerant. The envelope of the condenser comprises two plates superimposed and fixed with respect to each other. A space is formed between the plates forming the circuit. The envelope of the condenser is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy.
