The board has an electronic heat dissipating component e.g. gilled radiator (3) thermally coupled with a portion i.e. end (6) of heat pipe (8) filled with two phase fluid. Another end (9) of the heat pipe is thermally coupled with a portion i.e. left side edge, of a frame surrounding a circumference of the board, where the portion of the frame is thermally coupled with a cold source. The former end is in contact with a hot spot as microprocessor or dissipater associated to the component, and the latter end is in contact with a portion of the board thermally coupled with the cold source. An independent claim is also included for a two phase cooled electronic equipment, comprising an electronic board.
