The device (10) has an air flow spacer (12) divided into a set of air stream channels and comprising two sets of portions (28, 30). A refrigeration circuit comprises a cooling fluid channel (34), where a cooling fluid flows through the cooling fluid channel. A heat carrier fluid flows through a heat carrier fluid channel (32), and one of the sets of the portions is directly and thermally coupled with the heat carrier fluid channel. The other set of portions is directly coupled with the cooling fluid channel. The two sets of portions are aligned relative to each other. The cooling fluid channel and the heat carrier fluid channel are designed as a condenser of an air conditioning circuit and a cooling device of a cooling circuit, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle air conditioning apparatus.
