The device has a base (2), a plate (4), a case-hardened insert (6) and a cover (3) assembled and fixed at an outer side of a door. The plate is provided with two holes (7) for passage of bolts, and a third hole for guiding the insert. The insert is formed from a case-hardened sheet and provided with an oblong hole for the passage of a key, where the insert rotates in the third hole of the plate. The base, the cover and the plate are made from stainless steel sheet.
