The method involves identifying a starting point (D) and a destination point (A) from allocated individual points. Multiple arcs are selected based on the arcs that check a condition according to which an ordered sequence of the arcs associate the selected points and an optimal path between the starting and destination points is identified. A guidance instruction is selected for each individual point of the optimal path such that the selected guidance instruction is associated to the respective individual point. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising a set of instructions for executing a space orientation assisting method (2) a system for assisting a space orientation.
